Andrey Vorobiev

Andrey is a passionate advisor dedicated to helping players reach their full potential both on and off the ice. Having competed in the QCHL and QJHL, and attended two QMJHL training camps, he brings valuable experience and perspective from his years in competitive hockey.
Now studying Finance at the University of Quebec in Outaouais, Andrey combines his academic background with his playing experience to mentor young athletes with clarity and purpose. His understanding of the game and commitment to player development allow him to guide the next generation toward making meaningful and informed career decisions
Anthony Romanin
Co-Founder & Hockey Advisor, RVA Advising
Anthony is a dedicated and passionate advisor committed to helping players reach their full potential on and off the ice. Having competed in the USPHL, EHL, and QJHL, and now playing for Concordia University’s Club team, he brings firsthand knowledge of the dedication and resilience needed to succeed at a high level.
Alongside his playing career, Anthony is pursuing a Finance degree at the John Molson School of Business. By utilizing his academic background and his athletic experience, Anthony offers a well-rounded perspective that helps players grow on the ice while also preparing them for important long-term decisions off the ice. His passion for the game, paired with his mentorship, makes him a trusted resource for the next generation of athletes looking to take their game to the next level!
